Your loan to value ratio must be 65% or lower.
Minimum 450 credit score
You can demonstrate the ability to make the monthly payment.
You must have a viable exit strategy.
The loan must meet the appropriate federal or state regulations.
Loan from 6 months to 5 years with no prepayment penalty.

Western Development lets you choose the term of your loan and give you a choice of interest-only loans for the lowest payment or any amortization schedule up to 30 years. At Western Development, we will lend to people that traditional banks are not willing to lend to. Unless you have a longstanding history with good credit, you’re unlikely to get support from a bank. Our willingness to loan to those without the best of credit or an established credit history makes us a cut above the rest.

Our interest rates range from 9% to 18%, and we charge 6 points. We lend on both residential and commercial properties, land, and other collateral. We can loan to individuals, trusts, corporations, limited liability companies, and estates.
